Our Gingerbread House project 2013 on the theme The Grinch has been finally delivered for our client Christmas party.The Grinch music was trigger by a motion detector every time a guest was passing by.
Four months of work, we have to modified our gingerbread recipe to add vibrant colors to the houses, we have used chocolate molding for the personages, gum paste for the mountain and lot of royal icing for the snow.
